SipSense is built around low-data operation. The product is designed to deliver hydration coaching without asking users to provide direct personal identity information, and without operating user-to-user data sharing channels.
Who we are
SipSense - AI Hydration Coach is provided by Trend Haven Hub.
Scope of this Policy
This policy explains what data may be processed when you use the app, why it is used, and what controls are available to you. It applies to in-app processing, analytics attribution, push notification delivery, and AI reply generation.
Data we may process
- Technical identifiers (for example, app instance ID, push token, or similar non-direct identifiers) used for app functionality, attribution analytics, and push delivery.
- App interaction events (for example, onboarding completion or feature usage) used to understand product performance and improve reliability.
- Hydration inputs you provide inside the app, such as intake logs and selected profile parameters, used to calculate daily guidance and display progress.
- Support messages you voluntarily send to us by email.
Data we do not intentionally collect
- No contact list uploads.
- No user-to-user message transfer functionality.
- No sale of personal data to data brokers.
- No deliberate collection of government ID numbers or payment card data in the app.
OpenAI processing details (important)
When you use AI Coach and submit a prompt, only the text you type in that message is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. We do not send your contacts, photos, files, or hidden app data to OpenAI through this feature.
This transfer is strictly limited to generating hydration-related AI guidance. The app does not use this channel for user-to-user communication, and the developer does not use AI prompts to create personal advertising profiles.
Third-party services and roles
- Singular: attribution analytics and campaign performance measurement for product growth.
- OneSignal: push notification token handling and delivery status operations.
- OpenAI: AI response generation from user-entered chat text.
Purpose and legal-style basis
Processing is limited to app operation, user-requested features, and service improvement. In practical terms, data is used either because it is necessary to provide the app experience you requested, or because there is a legitimate product interest in stability, fraud prevention, and quality monitoring.
Retention
Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, such as app functionality, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security diagnostics. Retention windows may vary by provider and by data category.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse of data. No internet service can be guaranteed as perfectly secure, but we continuously seek to keep processing proportionate and risk-aware.
Children's privacy
SipSense is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age defined by local law). If you believe a child has provided data inappropriately, contact us and we will review and address the request.
International processing
Some service providers may process data in jurisdictions outside your country. Where this happens, processing follows provider safeguards and contractual controls appropriate to cross-border service delivery.
Your controls
- You may stop using AI Coach at any time.
- You may disable push notifications in your device settings.
- You may contact us to request review of privacy-related concerns.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect product changes, provider changes, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top indicates the current version.
